The Ickworth is an hour and a half's drive from central London, following the M11 Northbound to Great Chesterford, where you'll join the A11 which eventually merges with the A14. Stay on the A14 until junction 42, from there it's a further 10 miles to the hotel. On-site parking is available at no extra cost.

The hotel offers plenty of services for younger visitors, from the kids' menu in the restaurant to the complimentary bottle-warming room service. In-room baby monitors are available, with staff on hand listening so parents can relax. Babysitting services are also available, plus there’s a crèche, a kids' club and a children’s games room, as well as a cinema room which screens a movie at 6pm each day.
