  • Ultra-modern hideaway: Cutting a sharp shape on the idyllic skyline of Brač, Grand Hotel View is a sleek contemporary abode boasting stunning mountain and bay views. Chic minimalist interiors feature soothing neutrals and luxurious stone-clad bathrooms, while outside you'll find dreamy infinity pools, a sprawling sun deck, and the hotel's brand-new private beach area.

  • All-out relaxation: Indulge in some well-deserved you-time at Grand Hotel View's lavish Wellness & Spa centre, where you'll find a range of high-tech saunas, a hot vitality pool, a salt room with chromotherapy and a variety of exclusive treatments and massages. Unwind in the beautiful relaxation room, or switch things up with a workout session at the light-flooded, state-of-the-art fitness centre.

  • Taste of the Med: Enjoy laid-back dining and breathtaking views from the outdoor terrace at Restaurant Mediterraneo, serving a range of Croatian, Mediterranean and international dishes. Elsewhere, the hotel's two bars have you covered for snacks and tipples, and for a slice of local flavour we recommend strolling into Postira for freshly-caught seafood, traditional tavernas and home-grown olive oil and wine.

How to get there

Grand Hotel View lies in Postira on the northern coast of the island of Brač. To reach Brač, drive from Split Airport to either Split or Makarska and catch a ferry to the island. The entire journey should take roughly two hours, and we recommend hiring a car to make the land portion of your journey smoother.

Vrilo 42, 21410, Postira, Croatia

You'll be nestled within the postcard-perfect village of Postira, an idyllic location framed by craggy coves and sandy beaches that is best-known for its fishing, wine, and vibrant summer festivals. Further out, you’re just 15 minutes' drive from the island's main town of Supetar, where must-dos include strolling along the promenade into the town’s historic centre and bustling harbour, from which you can get a ferry to Split on the mainland.

The island is also home to Zlatni Rat Beach, a dazzling white-pebble affair near Bol that is Croatia's most photographed beach, while elsewhere hikers will love climbing Vidova Gora, the highest peak on the Adriatic islands. Finally, the white stone from Brač's famous quarries has featured in many famous buildings, most notably the White House.
