The hotel is located in Canary Wharf. There are speedy transport links from Canary Wharf tube station, including the Jubilee Line and the Elizabeth line. The hotel is located a few minutes walking from South Quay DLR station so you’re never far from the action.

Please note that pre-booking for dinner and drinks must be made directly with the hotel in order to avoid disappointment.

Additionally, the dress code for Bōkan is smart casual. Bōkan regrets that entry will not be allowed to those wearing flip flops and the team reserves the right to deny entrance should a guest’s attire and overall presentation not adhere to the specified dress code. 

Please also note that Bōkan has an age policy, so if you are lucky enough to look under 25, you will be asked to prove that you are over 18 when you buy alcohol. Guests under 18 years of age accompanied by their parent / guardian are welcome in Bōkan. Children under 12 years of age accompanied by their parent / guardian are welcome in Bōkan 38 | 39 until 8pm.

A photographic ID of every guest must be provided upon check-in. A cautionary deposit will also be required upon check-in for every booking. This deposit is intended to cover any incidental charges during your stay or any room damage and will be refunded in full upon check-out, provided there are no outstanding expenses or damage to the property. 

Please note the property does not accept cash payments but only bank cards.
