- Market town mirth: Situated in the bustling heart of Ludlow’s pretty market town centre, The Feathers Hotel has been soaking up its surrounding local history for centuries. With its charming half-timbered roof, striking Tudor façade and central location near Ludlow’s many cosy pubs, shops and restaurants, it’s almost impossible to miss such a handsome and perfectly-situated building.
- History-meets-modern comforts: With its original studded plank front door, Jacobean dining interior and charming oak panel features, this gloriously character-filled building is certainly not short on historic charm. However, the hotel continues to seamlessly blend its unique original features with a sense of contemporary elegance and comfort. Take the opportunity to relax in luxuriously soft beds, enjoy modern amenities and linger in the warmth of each guestroom’s spa-inspired rain showers.
- Acclaimed dining: With an AA Rosette award for culinary excellence, you’ll be dining well at The Feathers Hotel. Sample locally-sourced, seasonal produce within the elegant interiors of Plume@Feathers, the fine-dining restaurant, or savour classic favourites in the more informal setting of the Lounge Bar. For a real treat, delight in moreish afternoon teas in The Feathers Tea Room. If you feel the urge for an after-dinner tipple, the well-stocked Lounge Bar also offers a menu of handcrafted cocktails.
Ludlow train station is conveniently located just a two-minute drive or an eight-minute walk from the hotel, and offers direct transport links to London and Wales. If arriving by car, take the A49 to Ludlow.
