Property details

Escape the hustle and bustle at a grand country manor in the verdant hills of Snowdonia, with gorgeous interiors, sprawling grounds and spellbinding scenery all around - includes breakfast, optional dinner credit, prosecco and cream tea perks and more
  • Breathtaking rural bolthole: Set amid 19 acres of sprawling grounds and the rolling hills of Snowdonia, Caer Rhun Hall Hotel is a spectacular country hideaway, perfect for both romantic retreats and relaxing escapes. Housed in a magnificent Victorian manor, the hotel oozes old-world country elegance, from its beautiful brick façade to original features like exposed timber and grand staircases. Meanwhile, rooms and villas are a decidedly modern affair, boasting sumptuous contemporary décor and luxurious amenities so you can bed down in style.

  • Drinks and bites: Drift down to the cosy breakfast room each morning to fuel up as the light streams in through the latticed windows - you’ll find hearty continental options, hot buttered toast served to your table, plus a selection of local cheeses, homemade yoghurt, pancakes and more. Later on, the swanky Bar & Apothecary is the perfect place to retreat to after long country walks - simply hunker down by the fire with your favourite book, or linger over a cocktail with friends old and new.

  • Scenic Snowdonia stay: Lose yourself amid winding walks, manicured lawns and picturesque flower beds on the hotel’s grounds, where awe-inspiring views await at every turn. Listen to warbling birdsong as the breeze gently rustles the leaves, and take deep breaths of fresh country air as you immerse yourself in the silence of the serene natural landscape. And if you’re looking for something a bit more active than a classic country stroll, you’ll find Snowdonia’s hiking hotspots and thrilling outdoor pursuits at your fingertips.

How to get there

Located close to Conwy in North Wales, Caer Rhun Hall Hotel is under two hours’ drive from Liverpool and Manchester, and about two and a half hours’ drive from Birmingham. London and Cardiff are both about five hours away by car and public transport, and given the hotel’s rural location, we recommend driving for part or all of the journey.

Good to know

Please note that the hotel does not currently offer evening meals, but there are some incredible local eateries that the hotel staff are more than happy to make reservations for.
