The property is set in the small village of Seget Vranjica in the pretty Dalmatia region of Croatia. Characterised by sun-kissed beaches and forested slopes, it’s a quiet place that has become a firm favourite amongst holidaymakers. Six kilometres to the east lies Trogir, a medieval town founded by the Greeks in the third century BC. In terms of historic sights, it’s up there with the best of them. It’s Old-Town cluster of Renaissance and Romanesque buildings have earned it UNESCO World Heritage Status, and its cathedral is arguably one of the best in the Adriatic. 

Further east lies the much larger city of Split, famous for its lively bars, restaurants and beautiful buildings. Considered to be one of the world’s most impressive Roman ruins, Diocletian's Palace is certainly considered the main attraction here.
