  • Luxe island living: Nestled on the shores of a fairytale island just off the coast of Phuket, Barceló Coconut Island is the ultimate five-star beach retreat. A collection of secluded villas and suites, this ultra-luxurious hideaway sits in a breathtaking location right on a sprawling sandy stretch, while inside meticulously-designed spaces feature soothing natural materials, earth tones and top-notch amenities. Unwind in your sumptuous private haven, or simply step outside for toes-in-the-sand bliss, great views and crystal-clear waters.

  • Fabulous flavours: Take in sweeping bay views from the elevated deck at Koko, the resort’s spectacular Japanese and Asian Fusion restaurant inspired by a local folk tale. For something a little more casual, you’ll love savouring Thai and Asian delights at the beachfront Kabang Restaurant & Bar, while the laid-back Kucina serves up Italian buffet offerings including wood-fired pizza and hearty pasta dishes. And for Mediterranean delights in a swanky seafront setting, look no further than the gorgeous Laku Beach Club.

  • Otherworldly wellness: Set on a dreamy wooden pavilion surrounded by lush vegetation, Kahtor Spa and Wellness is a true haven of tranquillity, and the perfect place to let those worries melt away. Start with a soak in the relaxing hydrotherapy pool, before enjoying a soothing sauna session and pampering yourself with a range of indulgent massages and treatments. Fancy something more active? There’s a state-of-the-art Technogym fitness centre, plus a beautiful yoga pavilion offering classes for all levels.

How to get there

Barceló Coconut Island sits just off the eastern coast of Phuket, on the island of the same name. To get there, fly into Phuket International Airport, then drive for about 45 minutes to Laem Hin Lagoon Pier. Once here, you can hop on the 24-hour water taxi for a short trip to the resort.

Good to know

Please note that the resort's lobby will be undergoing renovation from 1 May 2024. During this time, the lobby will be relocated to the Kucina restaurant, and there may be some additional noise in the areas where renovations are taking place.

As a result of this, the Koko and Kucina restaurants will be temporarily closed from 1 May to 30 June 2024, however the Kabang restaurant will also serve the full Italian menu usually offered by Kucina.
