How to get there

Cromer's railway station is well served by regular trains from Norwich, which in turn has direct links to London Liverpool Street. Please note, if you're arriving by car, parking spaces in the resort's car park are limited to one per room. No commercial or heavy goods vehicles, including vans, are allowed in the car park.

Good to know

The resort requires a valid credit card to secure a refundable security deposit of £100 per apartment upon check in. Your deposit will be released at the end of your stay upon inspection of your room(s). Cash cannot be accepted as a deposit. Where a charged deposit is being refunded, note the funds will only appear in your account once processed by your financial institution.

The resort operates an on-going refurbishment programme to improve the accommodation, facilities and common areas. Refurbishments or building work may be taking place throughout the year. While the resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents, and in compliance with any other immigration/entry requirements before you travel, including whether your passport must be machine readable or which visas/waivers may be required for entry, such as ESTA for USA travel and/or ETIAS for EU travel. Please also be sure to check the validity of your passport and allow up to 10 weeks for passport renewals.
