How to get there

High Force Hotel is situated in County Durham and is around an hour’s drive from Durham city centre and just over an hour from Newcastle. The nearby town of Middleton-in-Teesdale can be reached via local bus in around 10 minutes. If arriving by car, the hotel can be reached via the M6 before later following signs for High Force.

Good to know

Please note that Raby Castle will be closed during the winter (from December until February). Guests can still enjoy all that Raby has to offer, it's just the inside of the castle itself will be closed. Please see 'Offer details' for further information about dates and opening times.
