Property details

Beat the crowds from a heavenly Santorini base blending modern comfort with traditional Greek island charm - includes breakfast, wellness perk and more
  • Tranquil and traditional: A little removed from Oia – Santorini’s bustling, most-visited village – Elysian Santorini is a pretty, boutique cluster of suites and villas wrapped in the idyllic scenes of Finikia. Traditional farm houses carved into the volcanic rock, terraced vineyards and narrow walking alleys set a laid-back pace, a truly blissful spot to sit back and sample some good local wine.

  • Serenely boutique: Suites and villas carved in soft white walls create a cool and comfy embrace after your day in the sun. Enjoy an immersive rain shower and an espresso pick-me-up from the chic interiors, which balance contemporary style with classical archways and shutters. Some accommodations even feature an irresistible heated plunge pool on your terrace.

  • Authentic Greek fare: Savour a nourishing and colourful breakfast of freshly baked bread and pastries, locally sourced fruit and Greek dairy out in the gentle morning sun on your terrace. Later on, you’ll also have the chance to sample delicious local food and wine, and of course to sip refreshing cocktails as the day melts into golden hour.

How to get there

Your base is 15 kilometres from Santorini Airport and 18 kilometres from Athinios Ferry Port. The taxi ride will take around 20 and 30 minutes respectively, and please note that, since Finikia is a pedestrian village, the journey will involve a short walk.

Whilst you’re nicely removed from the bustle of Oia, it is Santorini’s most visited village for a reason. Enjoy a leisurely walk to the fairytale, cliffside settlement, its iconic blue-domed churches and cobbled alleyways interspersed with fine dining spots and luxury boutiques. You can visit the quaint maritime museum, and be sure to get a good spot to watch the sunset from the ruins of the Venetian Castle of Agios Nikolaos.

From your base, you can follow a scenic walking trail down to Baxedes Beach, or for some volcanic adventure, take a boat tour from Santorini Old Harbour. Sail over the Santorini Caldera, an impressive underwater crater, and hike the crater of Nea Kameni or swim in the Palea Kameni thermal springs. Back inland, tour the island’s wineries and stop at authentic seafood tavernas.
