How to get there

The Quay Hotel & Spa lies on the Conwy estuary, around an hour from Chester and the North West. Deganwy station is a seven-minute walk from the hotel, meaning that this area is accessible even without a car. Take the fast train from London Euston to Chester, roughly a two-hour journey, then switch to a local train from Deganwy for about an hour. Driving from London to the hotel will take approximately five hours.

Good to know

Guests are advised to book spa treatments well in advance, and arrive at the spa a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, or a minimum of one hour prior if you are planning to use the leisure facilities.

Please note that for guests who have opted for complimentary access to the health and fitness suite, the wet spa is open from 7am until 9am, and 5.15pm until 8pm. Children swimming times are from 8.30am until 9.15am and 5.15pm until 6pm.
