Property details

An enchanting mountain abode with classic chalet style, wellness facilities and a panoramic pool - includes breakfast, wellness perks, and more
  • Mountain magic: Set against a backdrop of rolling alpine meadows, the chalet-style Wellnesshotel Alpin Juwel blends seamlessly into the scenic mountain town of Saalbach-Hinterglemm. Set at 1,000 metres above sea level, the hotel offers heaps of rustic cosiness to go along with its fabulous views and excellent location; interiors are clad in alpine wood, with hints of charming Austrian tradition scattered throughout the décor.

  • Organic deliciousness: Prepare for good food: firstly, the extensive breakfast buffet, which will sweeten your morning with its array of organic delights. Don't worry if you can't force yourself out of bed until mid-morning, as the hotel offers a 'late risers' breakfast for sleepyheads, served until midday. In the evening, you can treat yourself to an à la carte dinner in the hotel's own restaurant. Depending on the mood, there are various bars to choose from for a cosy end to the evening, perhaps by the open fireplace with gaming tables or with a fantastic view in the conservatory or in the Juwel Alm.

  • Wellbeing and wonderful views: When the mountains have worn you out, head for the spa; you’ll find four different saunas as well as an indoor pool ready and waiting to be enjoyed. The undisputed highlight, however, is the ‘over-the-edge’ outdoor pool; here you can enjoy fabulous panoramas across the roofs of Hinterglemm while you swim laps in the pleasantly warm water, or simply float your troubles away. Indulge in an optional pampering massage or spa treatment for even more bliss.

How to get there

From Salzburg Airport, you can reach the hotel in just under an hour and a half’s drive. From Innsbruck Airport it takes around two and a half hours. The nearest train stations are in Pfaffenschwendt and Hochfilzen, both about 10 kilometres from Saalbach-Hinterglemm.

Please note, the hotel's restaurant is a phone-free zone.

Please also note that the region's lifts and cable cars are closed until 29 May. However, hiking and limited biking trails are still available.
