Grange-over-Sands train station is only five minutes' walk from Netherwood Hotel & Spa, and has connections to Manchester Airport, Barrow-in-Furness, Lancaster, Preston (Lancs) and Carlisle. 

If you're coming from London, take a train from London Euston to Preston, and then change onto the Barrow-in-Furness line, travelling for five stops to Grange-over-Sands.

Please note that spa access and treatments must be booked prior to arrival, and will incur an additional fee. Spa access costs £20 per person for a 90-minute session.
