How to get there 

Lifehouse Spa & Hotel is easily accessible by road, at little more than 90 minutes' drive from London. You can also catch a direct train from London Liverpool Street into Thorpe-le-Soken, and from there it's a five-minute transfer to the hotel.

Transfers from Thorpe-le-Soken train station are available for an additional fee. These must be booked prior to arrival; please contact the hotel directly to arrange this. The hotel can be found on satellite navigation devices using the postcode CO16 0JF.

Good to know

The spa facilities and gym may be used from 10am on your day of arrival until 6pm on your day of departure.

Please note that the hotel's restaurant and bar have a smart-casual dress-code from 6pm; bathrobes and sportswear will not be permitted. Guests are welcome to wear spa robes at breakfast and lunch.

Please also note that spa treatments and dinner should be booked in advance in order to avoid disappointment.

Please also note that there are essential maintenance works planned for the hydrotherapy pool from 17 to 19 September 2024. During this time the pool will be unavailable.
