Good to know

Please note, the hotel is delighted to announce the launch of its Champagne & Fromage grazing board. This is a unique dining concept that brings together Growers Champagnes with artisanal French cheeses. Originating from a love for the rich culinary traditions of France, Champagne & Fromage seeks to elevate the dining experience by combining these two elements in a harmonious and unique way. Each Champagne is selected from Growers Champagnes and are chosen for their ability to complement and enhance the flavours of the cheeses they are paired with.

The cheeses, sourced from small-scale, artisanal producers across France, represent a range of regions and styles. From creamy Camembert and robust Blues to nutty Comtés and aromatic goat cheeses, each selection is a testament to the diversity and richness of French cheesemaking traditions.
