Property details

A five-star beach and spa resort an hour north of Dubai in the cultural emirate of Sharjah – includes breakfast, optional dinner, mixology classes, shuttle services, falconry show and more
  • Emirati elegance: Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort, is the first beachside Luxury Collection outpost in the Middle East. The sumptuous setting, alongside a stretch of private beach, provides an exclusive backdrop to the hotel’s five-star service and the 205 beautifully appointed rooms and suites, which enjoy views of the neighbouring creek and the Arabian Gulf.

  • Cultural and connected: While Sharjah is a smaller emirate compared to neighbouring Dubai, the two cities are well connected by the hotel’s complimentary shuttle service, which delivers guests daily to the Dubai Mall. More cultural excursions can be spent exploring the Sharjah Museum of Islamic Civilisation and the compact but futuristic city centre, also available to visit by shuttle service.

  • Five-star feel: The entire hotel has been designed with fuss-free relaxation in mind, from the indulgent ZIHN spa to the dazzling beachfront swimming pool, and the six stylish dining venues: a beach bar and grill, two international restaurants, stylish Mejhana – which celebrates the flavours of the Spice Route, an equestrian themed bar and a coffee house. The Saturday brunch at Bab Al Bahr is legendary for its outdoor barbecue, cooking stations and live music.

How to get there

Sharjah’s international airport is a 30-minute drive from the hotel, with taxis readily available. Alternatively, Dubai Airport is a 45-minute drive and receives a wider choice of flights.

Good to know

Due to renovations the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, Vista, will be temporarily closed from 1st June – 25th September. Meals will be served in Safi restaurant during the closure.

It would be easy to spend all of your time within your luxury digs, strolling the sandy shores and making the most of the excellent facilities, but if you find yourself hankering to discover more of Sharjah, there’s plenty in this small but well-connected emirate to entertain you. Visit the city’s cultural museums, take a stroll along the creek to see the working harbour, shop for gold or souvenirs in the bustling souqs, and discover the heritage district to understand life in the third most-populous city in the UAE.

You could also spend some time in Dubai, where there are malls, water parks and exhibitions aplenty, or head into the desert to explore the mountains and sand dunes on a quad bike or buggy.
