Property details
- Lake Balaton fun in the sun: Presiding over the shores of Central Europe’s largest lake, Mövenpick BalaLand Resort Lake Balaton ticks all the boxes for a relaxing and fun-packed getaway. Inspired by Jules Verne’s famous novel Around the World in 80 days, the resort blends five-star luxury with an adventurous, family-friendly ethos, sporting sleek modern interiors with plenty of travel-themed touches. The best bit? The Balaland Family Park, whose impressive 10,000 square metres of facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzis, a water playground and a beautiful beach area - ideal for both splash-filled fun and well-deserved R&R.
- Relaxation central: The resort’s sprawling water world is the perfect place to decompress, boasting no fewer than six pools for you to choose from. Bubble away under a fountain or on a hydromassage bench in the vast indoor pool, or venture outside for a gentle lap right on the lakefront. And as the little ones let loose on the water slide, break a sweat at the Life Fitness gym, and round off the day with a soothing massage at the panoramic spa on the top floor.
- Lakefront flavours: Enjoy international favourites with a local twist at the airy Pirate Restaurant, or opt for bistro-style Mediterranean and Italian classics at the nautical-themed Tico Restaurant. When you aren’t tucking into stone-baked pizzas and hearty pasta dishes, you’ll also find a handy grab n’ go counter for when you’re feeling peckish, plus two inviting bars for all your coffee and cocktail needs.
