Good to know

Please be aware that until further notice, the hotel is currently undergoing upgrades to the facilities on some parts of the land. The hotel is not managing the project directly. However please note that Grand Hyatt Dubai still offers a wide range of water facilities that include the main pool, a shaded toddlers pool, an indoor pool (which is now open 24 hours for adults, and 9am to 6pm for kids), Ahasees Spa & Club (Wet Deck; sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room), and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. The hotel is also creating a large garden area for children to enjoy. Should your stay be impacted in any way by this project please approach one of the hotel's staff for assistance.

Please note that the hotel encourages guests to arrive 20 – 30 minutes prior to any appointments made for optional treatments, in order to take full advantage of the locker room, sauna and steam room facilities. Please make sure to bring your swimwear to take advantage of the hydrotherapy amenities, per UAE regulations. Appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled. If you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened in order to accommodate for the therapist's next session.
