Property details

A five-star thermal spa and beach resort overlooking the glittering Aegean in Halkidiki - includes breakfast, optional dinner, spa perks and more
  • Dream come true: If luxury beach life and high-end pampering are what you’re after, then Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort really seals the deal. A gleaming grand dame of the gorgeous Kassandra Peninsula, you'll find sugary-white sand, crystal-clear Aegean waters at the resort's exclusive beach, complete with a private marina deep enough for even the swankiest of yachts.

  • All things thermal: The sprawling 3000-square-metre Myrthia Thermal Spa boasts a large seawater thalassotherapy pool and four separate thermal pools, fed by mineral-rich waters from an underground hot spring. There’s also a thermal suite kitted out with a steam room, a Finnish sauna, herbal sauna and two experience showers, and the Myrthia Health Bar with panoramic views out to the Aegean and Mount Athos.

  • Bountiful dining: Open for buffet-style breakfast and dinner, the resort's main Kritamo restaurant is your go-to for gourmet Greek and international dishes, while elsewhere you'll find everything from laid-back beachfront dining to indulgent seafood, sushi and high-end Italian eats. And for glamorous refreshments, the beach, lobby and poolside bars have you more than covered.

How to get there

Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort is located near the southern tip of Kassandra in Greece's Halkidiki Peninsula. You'll be just under an hour and a half's drive from Thessaloniki Airport, and we recommend hiring a car to reach the hotel.

Kanistro, Paliouri, Halkidiki 63085, Greece

Set amid 330 acres of private land on a 500-metre-long white-sand beach on the Halkidiki peninsula’s Kassandra prong, this Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence-winner overlooks the turquoise-tinted waters of the Aegean Sea. Must-dos include hitting the Blue-Flag beach and evening markets in the little village of Hanioti, venturing to the caves of Petralona, and partying at Kalithea's late-night clubs and bars. For a cultural fix, it’s worth checking out Thessaloniki for its White Tower, Museum of Byzantine Culture, and Arch of Galerius and Rotunda.
