Escape to a five-star, sea-facing Kos resort where all aspects of your luxurious stay are inspired by the Hippocratic philosophy of good living - includes breakfast, dinner options, and more
  • Island oasis: Looking out across the sparkling Aegean, the gorgeous KOIA All-Suite Wellbeing Resort is a place where luxury and wellness meet. This adults-only hillside haven embraces the principles of living put forward by Kos island’s very own Hippocrates, the ‘father of medicine’. Here you’ll have ample opportunity to soothe your soul with life’s simple blisses; whether it’s a dip in the panoramic pool, a stroll along the private beach or a sojourn in the dreamy spa, you’re sure to be feeling relaxed and renewed in no time.

  • Naturally delicious: From mouthwatering buffet spreads at breakfast to tempting à la carte dinners inspired by Greek culinary traditions, you’ll be feasting well at the resort’s bright and airy restaurant. During the day, grab snacks and refreshing cocktails from the pool bar, which offers an all-day menu of meze-style dishes. In the evenings, the all-natural Elixir Bar serves up unique herbal concoctions adapted from ancient recipes; try one of their original creations, or choose a bottle from the well-stocked wine cellar.

  • Spa sanctuary: For a truly healing experience, there’s nothing better than a trip to the spa. The dedicated wellness area boasts a secluded indoor pool, hammam and sauna, perfect for steaming all your troubles away. Indulge in an added touch of luxury with a holistic treatment or rejuvenating massage from the extensive menu; services are inspired by ancient healing rituals and make use of the island’s natural products, like olive oil and red grape.

How to get there

The resort is located just six kilometres from Kos Town, just outside Agios Fokas. It’s roughly a 40-minute drive from Kos Airport to the resort. The ferry port is a 10-minute drive away.

KOIA All-Suite Wellbeing Resort, Agios Fokas 853 00, Greece

Captivating Kos is brimming with natural beauty, from fine sand and pebbled beaches to rocky mountains at the island’s heart. There are stunning shores to explore all around the resort; you’re sure to find the perfect spot, whether you’re looking for cool beach bars to sip cocktails at, sun-soaked loungers to stretch out on or water sports clubs where you can get out on the waves and get your adrenaline pumping. For a different kind of landscape, head inland with your hiking boots on - you could follow the gentle trail past the ruins of the abandoned village of Palio Pyli, or ascend the highest peak on the island, Mount Dikaios, for an epic sunset.

History buffs will be in heaven in nearby Kos Town, with lots of archaeological sites - including a Roman theatre and an ancient agora - scattered all across the picturesque town. Catch the bus a little further out to the Asklepieion, a millennia-old healing sanctuary where impressive ruins cascade down the hill; the views from the top are pretty fabulous, too. The ferry port is also located in the town, so why not make a day trip? You could catch the ferry across to one of the smaller islands in the Dodecanese, or head over to Bodrum in Turkey to explore the bustling markets.
